Hydrocarbon Monitoring, Soil Gas Vapor Monitoring, & Soil StudiesMayfield Environmental Solutions is an MBE/DBE General Contractor in Southern California with decades of experience in Soil Sampling and Soil Analytical Reports, particularly for contaminated soils for VOCs, Radon Mitigation, Metals, Lead, Hydrocarbon chains, waste streams, Asbestos Surveys & Asbestos Testing, TPH (Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons), etc. during our Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and contaminated soil excavation work or Well Abandonment Cleanups, making us one of the most comprehensive (and affordable) Hazmat and environmental compliance services in the state. We also do extensive Soil Studies, VOC vapor monitoring, and dust monitoring, particularly for contaminated soils and SVE/Soil Vapor Extraction system treatment in-situ or in bins.

If necessary, we also do Level B/Supplied Air work for Radioactive (NORM) soils and acute hazardous environments.

We are also licensed Radon Measurement Professionals for Radon Gas monitoring, testing, and mitigation through the California Department of Public Health and NRPP-AARST.

Our CPESC (Certified Professionals in Sediment and Erosion Control) and CISEC (Certified Inspectors of S&EC) licenses and our “A” License in General Engineering make us experts in soil, erosion, pollutants, water quality, and environmental/stormwater compliance. Your soils will be shipped with official Chain of Custody to an ELAC-licensed laboratory and we will certify a personalized report.

If needed, we can haul your Contaminated Soil to DTSC-licensed TSDFs (Transportation, Storage, Disposal Facilities) and landfills. In California, ONLY engineers with the rare CSLB Hazardous Substances Removal License like us can legally remove contaminated soil and Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) from jobsites and developments. We have our own AQMD-1166 “Various Sites” Permit that gives us authority over contaminants on any site (unless quantity excavated demands a Site-Specific AQMD-166 Permit, which we will help you get).

Give us a call at (310) 880-9647 or Email Us and let’s get the job done together.
