Serving all Southern California, Federal/Tribal Projects, and the Palisades/Eaton Fire Disaster Zones
Mayfield Environmental Solutions is an MBE/DBE General Contractor in Southern California with decades of experience in Soil Sampling and Chemical Surface Testing, particularly for construction projects and developments on contaminated EPA cleanup sites, Superfunds/CRCLAs, and environmentally-sensitive projects in Wetland zones or the California Coastal Commission. As a Federal & Public Works contractor, we are also involved in soil sampling the Los Angeles Wildfire Disaster Zones to survey ash/soot for heavy metals, lead, mercury, and more.
Among many other waste streams, our soil sampling provides 3rd-party lab analysis for VOCs, SVOCs, Mercury, Radon, Heavy Metals (CAM-17), Lead, Hydrocarbon chains, PCBs, TPH (Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons), Flash Point, and more. We are also experts in contaminated soil excavation and Underground Tank removal, which makes us one of the most comprehensive (and affordable) Hazmat and environmental compliance services in the state. We also provide vapor monitoring and air/dust monitoring to help you maintain AQMD, DTSC, and EPA compliance.
For chemical Surface Wipe Testing, we are experts in grab sampling, clearance testing, and other methods to survey contaminants ranging from Mercury residue, to meth and fentanyl residue, to Hexavalent Chromium (CrVI), California Heavy Metals (CAM-17), testing for fire debris damage, and more. The results will be brought to a 3rd-party laboratory and we will provide a certified engineer’s interpretation for your project.
If necessary, we also do Level B/Supplied Air and work with Radioactive (NORM) soils and acute hazardous environments to provide you with analytical data on materials that would be inaccessible to other environmental contractors.
We are also licensed Radon Measurement Professionals for Radon Gas monitoring, testing, and mitigation through the California Department of Public Health and NRPP-AARST.
Our CPESC (Certified Professionals in Sediment and Erosion Control) and CISEC (Certified Inspectors of S&EC) licenses — along with our “A” License in General Engineering — make us experts in soil, erosion, pollutants, water quality, and environmental/stormwater management on sites of any complexity. Your soils will be shipped with official Chain of Custody to an ELAC-licensed laboratory and we will certify a personalized report.
