We have independent Indoor Environmental Professionals (IEP) on call for third-party analysis and clearance verification.
As needed, this includes “non-viable” surface sampling (Strip Tests), “viable” sampling (Lab Swab Tests), Spore Traps (for Air Sampling), and more. We also use Infrared cameras, Hygrometers, Borescopes, and moisture sensors to locate the source of mold prior to taking our samples. We are also experts in Ozone treatments, deodorization services, and other methods like Hydroxyl to remediate odors and other health hazards from mycotoxins and deodorization.

We are licensed HAZMAT transporters through DTSC, EPA, DOT, and FMCSA Registration #7097, EPA #CAL000482049.
