We have independent Indoor Environmental Professionals (IEP) on call for third-party analysis and clearance verification.
As needed, this includes “non-viable” surface sampling (Strip Tests), “viable” sampling (Lab Swab Tests), Spore Traps (for Air Sampling), and more. We also use Infrared cameras, Hygrometers, Borescopes, and moisture sensors to locate the source of mold prior to taking our samples. We are also experts in Ozone treatments and other methods to remediate odors and other health hazards from mycotoxins.
As needed, we will certify your mold spore Air Concentrations or take physical specimen samples to AIHA-accredited laboratories and provide detailed analytical data for your property, insurance company, or business.
With our comprehensive CA Hazardous Substances Removal License (#833333), 40-hour HAZWOPER certified labor force, and 15 years of experience in acute hazardous environments, we know how to get the job done safely and affordably. We are licensed HAZMAT transporters through DTSC, EPA, DOT, and FMCSA Registration #7097, EPA #CAL000482049. If we can’t fit it on our trucks, our partners will while we use our licensing to oversee comprehensive Hazardous Substances management and compliance.
