As needed, this includes “non-viable” surface sampling (Strip Tests), “viable” sampling (Lab Swab Tests or plate growth in labs), PCR sampling, ERMI testing (relative mold measurements), Spore Traps (for Air Sampling), PM2.5 and PM10 (indoor particulate measurements), and more. We also use Infrared cameras, Hygrometers, Borescopes, spore/particle counters, and moisture sensors to locate the source of mold prior to taking our samples. ERMI is the EPA baseline for a “healthy home” but can be very misleading, like many red flags about Mold.

If required, we can safely provide Mold remediation with all the proper protocols of negative air pressure, soda-blasting, “Thermal Fogging,” hand-removal, air scrubbing, anti-microbial and sporicidal cleaning, and more. We are also experts in Ozone treatments, deodorization services, and other methods like Hydroxyl to remediate odors and other health hazards from harmful mycotoxins.
